15HP Heat Recovery Chiller One Machine For Multiple Uses
Heat recovery chiller (unit) is a new type of chiller, a new generation of product developed based on ordinary chillers.
Since the refrigeration process of the chiller is a heat exchange process, a large amount of waste heat will inevitably be generated during the refrigeration process, which needs to be dissipated through the condenser (in two forms, air cooling and water cooling) to reduce the temperature of the compressor. Ordinary chillers dissipate this part of the heat into the air through cooling towers, fans or other forms. However, in real life, if hot water is needed (such as hot water for bathing, etc.), it must be specially boiled, which wastes energy and is labor-intensive. Heat recovery chillers are developed and produced under this demand.
Now the heat recovery unit covers many fields of refrigeration, such as heat recovery water source heat pump unit, heat recovery screw chiller, heat recovery condensing unit, etc., to meet the needs of various fields.
Heat recovery chillers are widely used in hotels, hospitals, saunas, factories, staff dormitories and other fields.
Heat recovery chiller is a new type of chiller. It is a new generation of product developed based on ordinary chillers. It integrates two or three functions of refrigeration, heating and production of domestic hot water. It is characterized by high efficiency, environmental protection and energy saving.
How it works:
The working principle of heat recovery chiller is similar to that of ordinary chiller, but with the addition of heat recovery function. During the refrigeration process, the water in the evaporator absorbs the heat from the chilled water in the evaporator and evaporates, and is compressed into high-temperature and high-pressure steam under the action of the compressor. These steam releases heat and condenses into liquid when passing through intermediate heat exchange equipment such as condenser. Then, the refrigerant liquid is pushed down by pressure and depressurized into low-temperature and low-pressure liquid through the expansion valve, and then enters the evaporator again to absorb heat and vaporize, and the cycle works over and over again. The heat recovery chiller recycles part or all of the condensation heat in this process for heating or making domestic hot water.
